Estimates only
The freight class calculator and related content are provided for general informational purposes. They produce an estimate of freight class based on the density you enter and the standard NMFC density scale. Actual classification may differ due to handling, stowability, or liability factors, fixed NMFC item numbers, or carrier rules. You are responsible for confirming the binding classification with your carrier or the NMFTA before tendering any shipment.
No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
